Samsung Galaxy Note7
The smartphone that thinks big
Design & Display
Galaxy Note envisioned differently from every angle. Presenting a dual-curved screen, which enables multiple functionality so you can do more. For a comfortable grip while using the stylus, Note7 is designed with a rounded back.
It is a Super AMOLED setup with a QHD resolution. Galaxy S7 EDGE’s display technology was considered the best in the market yet, on all fronts including brightness, sharpness, contrast, lowest reflectiveness, and more. Samsung has elevated this high tech to a larger format. On top of that, Samsung has added an HDR mode, which allows for more vivid color and contrast settings.
Available in silver, gold, black color options and there is the new "blue coral" color which features gold trim instead of silver. The phone features a cavity in the base holding the S-Pen stylus, which Samsung says is even more precise than before with a "ballpoint-like" experience, as well as offering a bunch of new software features and capabilities.
Security (IRIS Scanning)
Phone privacy and protection has always been a major concern for the user. Note7 presents an iris scanner built-into the phone’s frontage. This allows you to unlock the handset by lining your eye up inside on-screen circles, but otherwise works pretty much like existing biometric security. As with the fingerprint scanner, Samsung is opening this up to app developers. Not only is it one of the safest ways to keep the Galaxy Note7 and the data it holds safe, it is also one of the most convenient.
Photography is either planned but there are times when you just feel like clicking. Galaxy Note7 guarantees the best resolution and consistent imagery in terms of quality. The camera handles easily situations where there is lack of light or sudden movement. The Galaxy Note7 camera works like our own eyes focusing on objects in a similarly fast and accurate manner. Its 12MP Dual Pixel Sensor coordinates with a brighter F1.7 lens and larger 1.4µm pixels to take photos whenever and however your life happens, whether it is day or night, fast or slow.
When taking videos in slow motion mode the Galaxy Note7 camera automatically senses any singularities such as a sudden increase in your speed, a change in direction, and captures that moment in slow motion, making for incredibly compelling videos that demand your attention.
Note7 includes its IP68 rating making it waterproof to depths of 1.5m for 30 minutes, The S-Pen stylus has 4,096 pressure sensitivity levels and is now waterproof, working on the screen even when wet - a development that took Samsung three years to perfect.
Playing games on Galaxy Note7 is a completely different playing field because on the Galaxy Note7, you get games running on Vulkan. Moreover, once you try them, there is no turning back because when Vulkan is in the game, so are you.
Galaxy Note7 can be called an ultimate entertainment device as it gives access to the most realistic HDR videos and the most visually intense API games. So you can switch off and relax even if it's just for a short period of time, even when you're in transit.
The handset features Type-C USB (with quick-charge support) and packs 64GB onboard storage for the base model, with microSD card support for up to 256GB of external memory.
Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 processor doing the business for the North American and European markets (and indeed, most other places) while Samsung is Asian home region has the firm’s own Exynos Octa 8990. Tons more powerful than the last Galaxy Note5.
