How to Issue a Claim

If an item is not stored, packed and shipped by Crazydeals.com, it is not covered by the Crazydeals.com 1 year Warranty, but it might be covered by a Warranty offered directly by the Seller. If applicable this information will be mentioned in the description of the item on the website.


1 - Call our customer support number +971-4-2543948 contact us.

2 - You will receive an email containing a pre-paid shipping label, which you will be required to print and attach to the package. Our courier partners will schedule a pick-up accordingly.

3 - The item is required to be packed in its original state and packaging. Do not remove any bar code or labels on the box. On arrival of the courier representative, please hand over the package. Please retain sales invoice and warranty card to claim warranty.

4 - Item will be inspected and repaired according to the applicable terms and conditions.

FAQ

  • The serial number has been removed from the item’s box, what do I do?

    You are not allowed to tamper with the serial number or remove it from the item's box. If so, we might not be able to cover the costs of repair. However, if this happens, please contact us for further assistance and we will look into the matter.

  • Can I repair any kind of damage if my item is covered by a damage protection plan?

    Damage protection warranty plans help cover accidents such as cracked screens, drops, and water spills. The warranty will not apply if damages are incurred by:

    - Cosmetic damage
    - Deliberately damaging or neglecting the item
    - Failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions
    - Boot loop issue
    - Use of 3rd party softwares, applications & accessories
    - Routine servicing, inspection, maintenance, dismantling or cleaning of the covered item
    - The covered item being used by someone else other than you or a member of your family

  • What if the item is purchased from outside UAE via international shipping service offered by Crazydeals.com and requires repairing services?

    Warranty is applicable within the limits of UAE only, If you want the claim the warranty from outside of UAE , You need to send the product to our office. We can only pick and drop the products from UAE.

  • How many times can an item be sent for electronic malfunction?

    Your item is open to unlimited electronic malfunction repairs. However, please note that terms and conditions apply.

  • How much time Crazydeals.com needed to repair my product?

    For any defective products you will have to wait am estimated 2 to 6 weeks until crazydeals.com gets a replacement or repaired item back from the manufacturer or supplier.

    If the product send to us is not defective, You will be charged for shipping fee.

  • Can I return the products purchased under Flash Sale/Promotional deals, Discount and selling with super low price products?

    There is no return policy for items purchased under Flash Sale/Promotional deals, Discount and selling with super low price products though you have 1 day to check the product. If there is any issue with the unit kindly contact the Customer Service.

  • Can I return the product purchased under No warranty?

    We do apologize as the product has no warranty you won't be able to return the product though you will be having 24HRS to check the product.

  • Do I have to bear any repair costs for an item that is covered by Crazydeals.com Extended Warranty?

    No, if an item is covered under Crazydeals.com extended warranty it will not bear any extra repair costs. However, if you have a Damage Protection warranty then any repair that falls under damage repair, will be liable to a deduction of 100 AED.

  • Can I extend the warranty after purchasing the item?

    Unfortunately, warranty can only be purchased while buying the item. Warranty cannot be purchased later.

  • If my device is replaced, will the warranty still be applicable?

    Unfortunately, once your device is replaced, warranty will not be applicable
