Can I Pay Cash On Delivery For Every Product I Purchase From ?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all the items you purchase from


  • Any other form of payment i.e. DD or cheque will not be accepted by the courier agent/company rider.
  • AED 12 shipping fee is applicable on all products.
  • For COD/Card on delivery products 5 AED handling fee is applicable additionally
  • Shipping fee depends on the customer's location and the weight of the product customer has ordered.
  • Buyers can only avail COD facility if he / she is the resident of UAE.
  • No item priced above AED 5000 will be available for purchase through Cash on Delivery.

The courier company will contact the buyer so as to confirm the delivery date and time. The buyer should ensure availability at the time of delivery along with the transaction amount in cash.

The buyer cannot open the package before submitting the transaction amount to the courier agent


What Is Store Credit? Store Credit is a type of money that can (only) be used on to make purchases. Store Credit is non-transferrable. reserves the right to amend policies related to distribution/redemption of Store Credit by members. Most refunds are processed via Store Credit which you can use it against your future purchases.

What Do I Do If The Product Received Is Physically Damaged/Wrong Product Delivered/Not As Described/Not Satisfied With The Quality?

If you receive a physically damaged product, we request you to report your concern through our Contact Us form within 3 days of receipt of your order. Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup for the product, check for the physical damage and if approved, we'll initiate refund/replacement of the product as per your request.(Terms and Conditions Apply)


How Can I Return The Product ?

You can return a product to if:

  •  You received a physically damaged product

If the delivered product falls under any of the above mentioned cases, we request you to report your concern through our Contact Us form within 3 days of receipt of your order. If you change your mind and if the product is in an unopened/original package condition, you may return such products within 15 days. We'll get back to you and arrange for pickup of your package.Make sure that you are retuning the product with the copy of the original invoice which is mandatory.
